Returns & Exchanges
Effective May 1st, 2024, we have made the following change to our online return policy:
We will issue a refund for the first $400 for eligible items* and a store credit for any amount above $400. For example, if you are returning $550 worth of items, we will refund you $400 and issue a store credit for $150. If you are returning $125 worth of items, we will issue a refund for $125.
*if mailed back within 7 days of delivery
PICK UP ORDERS:
Purchases made online and picked up in-store follow our in-store purchase return/exhange policy (no refunds). All pick up orders not picked up after 14 days become Final Sale.
IN-STORE PURCHASES:
Items purchased IN-STORE or picked up in-store can be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT within 14 days of purchase. Our store credits never expire and can be used online & in-store. All items returned must be in original condition with all tags and labels attached. They must not have been worn, washed, soiled or damaged and be free of pet hair and odours. All Sale & Discount items are FINAL SALE.
ONLINE PURCHASES:
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your order didn't work out, please email victoria@gussiedup.ca to initiate the return. Please include your order number and the item(s) you will be returning. Please note: SALE items can only be returned for store credit. Sale items marked CLEARANCE are FINAL SALE.
The refund/exchange process must be initiated and shipped back within 7 days of receiving delivery (this includes the time the parcel may be awaiting pick up from the post office). We will issue a refund for the first $400 for eligible items and a store credit for any amount above $400. For example, if you are returning $550 worth of items, we will refund you $400 and issue a store credit for $150. If you are returning $125 worth of items, we will issue a refund for $125.
We do not refund any shipping charges.
Although we start the refund process right away, it can take 5-10 business days for the refund to show up on your original method of payment.
Any returns shipped to the store between 8-14 days of delivery will be issued a store credit that can be used in-store or online. We will not accept any items for return after 14 days.
Please follow these steps to ensure a seamless refund/exchange:
Please contact us via email (victoria@gussiedup.ca) to start the return process. Please provide us with your contact information, name, order number. Any returns received at the store without contacting victoria@gussiedup.ca will not be accepted.
All items returned must be in original condition with all tags and labels attached. They must not have been worn, washed, soiled or damaged and be free of pet hair and odours. All Sale & Discount items are STORE CREDIT ONLY. ALL ITEMS MARKED CLEARANCE ARE FINAL SALE.
Return shipping is at the expense of the sender. You can also return the item in-person to the store.
ONLINE EXCHANGES:
If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can reserve that item of clothing for you. Our stock moves very quickly. We will need your contact information, order number and the item(s) you'd like to return and exchange.
CANCELLED ORDERS:
Online Orders: You can cancel your online order as long as it has not shipped yet. A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the transaction fees that we do not get back.
Pick Up Orders can only be cancelled for refund by end of day the day the order was placed. A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the transaction fees that we do not get back. Any Pick Up Orders cancelled after this time, will be issued a store credit. Sorry, no exceptions.
Final Sale:
The following items are final sale and will not be accepted for return or exchange:

- Gift Certificates
- Jewellery
