PICK-UP ORDERS

Purchases made online and picked up in-store follow our in-store purchase return/exchange policy (no refunds).

Orders not picked up within 14 days will be considered Final Sale.

 

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Items purchased in-store or picked up in-store may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Store credits never expire and can be used both online and in-store.

Returned items must be in original condition with all tags and labels attached. They must not be worn, washed, soiled, damaged, have pet hair or odours.

Sale and Discounted items are Final Sale.

 

ONLINE PURCHASES

Refund Policy:

- Refunds will be issued on regular price items mailed back or dropped off at the store with 7 days of the delivery.

- For returns over $400, we will refund the first $400 of eligible items* and any amount above $400 will be refunded in the form of a store credit.

  Example: If you return $550 worth of eligible items, you'll receive a $400 refund and $150 in store credit.

*Eligible items must be regular-priced styles and mailed back within 7 days of delivery.

 

To Initiate a Return:

- Email victoria@gussiedup.ca with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

- Sale items may only be returned for store credit.

- Items marked Clearance are Final Sale.

- The return must be initiated and shipped within 7 days of delivery (including time awaiting pickup at the post office).

- Returns sent between days 8–14 will be issued store credit.

- No returns will be accepted after 14 days.

 

Item Condition Requirements:

- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free from odours and pet hair, and have all original tags attached.

 

Shipping:

- Return shipping is at the sender's expense.  We recommend using a carrier with a tracking number.

- You may also return items in-person to the store.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

We process refunds on the same day they are received.  You will receive an automated confirmation email within 24-48 hour of us receiving the parcel.  Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

ONLINE EXCHANGES

To request an exchange, contact us as soon as possible to reserve your desired item and size, as stock moves quickly.

Provide your order number, contact information, and the item(s) you'd like to return/exchange.

 

CANCELLED ORDERS

Online Orders:

- You may cancel your online order as long as it has not shipped.

- A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover non-refundable transaction costs.

Pick-Up Orders:

- Can only be refunded (minus the 5% fee) by the end of the day the order was placed.

- Cancellations after that time will receive store credit.

- No exceptions.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Items marked Clearance

- Jewellery

- Gift Certificates
