Items purchased IN-STORE can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. All items returned must be in original condition with all tags and labels attached. They must not have been worn, washed, soiled or damaged and be free of pet hair and odours.
We want you to be happy with your purchase but we understand if sometimes your purchase didn't work out. If you need to return or exchange your purchase, please follow these steps to ensure a seamless refund/exchange:
Please contact us via email (email@example.com) to start the return process. Please provide us with your contact information, name, order number and the reason for the return. We will then give you a return authorization (RA) number. Any returns received at the store without an RA number will not be accepted. Your money will be refunded through the original method of payment within 1-3 days of receiving the return. Processing times vary.
The refund/exchange process must be initiated within 5 days of receiving delivery (this includes the time the parcel may be awaiting your pick up from the post office). We will not accept any returns after the time limit.
Return shipping is at the expense of the sender.
If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can reserve that item of clothing for you. Our stock moves very quickly. We will need your contact information, and the reason for exchange. We will then issue an Exchange Authorization number (EA). Any items received at the store without an EA number will not be accepted. You will be billed for the item you want in exchange and when we receive the item you are exchanging, you will be refunded for that item. Shipping charges at customer's expense.
